It's critical that all warm-blooded animals maintain a certain body temperature, and your kitty is no exception. If she stays outside in cold weather for too long, she could lose so much body heat that the situation becomes life-threatening. If her gums are blue, or she's shivering violently, or she's so cold she's barely breathing, she may have hypothermia.
You need get your cat warmed up, but not too quickly. Take her to a small room and wrap her in a cozy blanket. Fill some bottles with warm water, wrap towels around them, and tuck them in around her. Do not place anything hot up against her cold body, her skin could get burned.
If things don't begin to improve, your cat may need more care than you can give, so call your veterinarian for guidance.
